The Role

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, frameworks and collaboration agreements
• Support clients with day-to-day public sector matters
• Depending on experience - procurement law and public law advisory work
• Collaborate with colleagues across Property, Planning, Construction, Litigation & Social Housing

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (4-7 PQE) with commercial contracts experience
• Public sector experience is highly desirable, but not essential
• Strong communicator, written, oral and negotiation skills
• Commercial thinker with the ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to grow your practice
