The Role

• Senior Associate / Managing Associate position within accomplished Commercial team
• Lead and manage a portfolio of complex commercial matters including:

• Commercial contracting across diverse sectors with a focus on technology, IP and data matters. Think digital transformation projects, framework agreements, SaaS agreements, outsourcing, IP portfolio protection advice and procurement.

• Large-scale transactions and agreements

• Work spanning FTSE 100 entities to cutting-edge start-ups

• Exposure to high-quality, large-scale work with prestigious clients
• Clear roadmap for progression within the firm

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum 5+ PQE in Commercial law
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers effectively
• Comfortable managing complex, varied workloads independently
• Strong written and oral communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, innovative, and commercially minded approach
• High achiever with drive to develop market-leading expertise
