A well-established regional firm is seeking an experienced Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy Dispute Resolution team in Brighton, East Sussex.

This is a varied and challenging role, working with a diverse client base including businesses, landlords, developers, and individuals.

You'll handle a broad caseload of commercial and property disputes, with genuine scope to grow your practice and take on responsibility within a supportive team.

The Role

• Handle commercial disputes - contracts, shareholder/director issues, professional negligence
• Manage property litigation - lease renewals, dilapidations, arrears, boundary disputes, landlord & tenant issues
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and settlement options
• Conduct negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Contribute to business development and mentoring within the team
