You'll work closely with two highly experienced partners, gaining direct exposure to clients and deals across:

• Business sales and purchases
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Day-to-day advisory work for SMEs, start-ups, and corporates
