The Role
This firm are looking for an experienced Company Commercial Lawyer to join their flourishing Commercial office in Southampton.
You will inherit work, and be encouraged to find new work, for a range of Company Commercial matters, dealing with consumer contracts, core business and supply chain management, routes to market including franchising and joint ventures, IT arrangements such as licensing, and R&D agreements. You will work with a wide range of SME's, FTSE 250 Companies, big and small businesses, and high net contracts.

• You will be a well rounded Company Commercial Lawyer with 2-8 Years PQE
• You will have a strong interest in BD
• You will be driven, experienced in building and maintaining client relationships
• You will be industrious and ambitious
