You will find a creative, supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking, and progressive culture. They invest heavily in their staff, with industry-leading training and a natural platform for progression.
The firm is well known for their advice to individuals, families, businesses, financial services, educational institutions, and not-for-profit organisations on every aspect of the law from their prestigious offices in London.
Their clients present complex and varied challenges, and as such, they value the firm's in-depth knowledge, technical excellence, and diversity of disciplines.
What really binds this firm together are their long-standing relationships and an approach that is pragmatic, plain-speaking, and always steadfast in their values, which the firm holds dear. These values mean they gain clients' trust, strive to do the right thing, and aim for the best results.
Those values echo throughout the teams, and employees benefit from this culture and approach equally. This creates an adult working environment where lawyers are trusted to perform at the level clients expect without micromanagement.
