The Role

You will join their high-performing construction team acting for a number of FTSE-100 and local clients providing support and guidance to clients regarding various construction-related matters. This includes tasks such as drafting consultant appointments, warranties and advising on project procurement, construction, and development contracts. Their expertise covers areas such as; living spaces, office spaces, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transportation.

You will take a leading role in matters, supported by the expertise of your teams' well-regarded specialists. You will get the opportunity to collaborate and work within a team that has propelled this firm to being a leading rank in both Legal 500 and Chambers in the North West.

You will be exposed to every aspect of Construction Law across all areas of the industry including but not limited to; advising government bodies, developers (for example handling £200m high-profile development projects) and employers.

Ideal Candidate

• Is a determined and ambitious individuals seeking a challenge with a non-contentious focus within Construction Law.
• Will have 5+ years PQE within Construction
• Be a confident stakeholder manager, with evidenced experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
