The role
This firm are looking for a heavy hitting Construction Partner to come in and work alongside their Head of Department.
This department deals with a broad range of Construction matters which include contentious and non-contentious matters. The team are looking for someone to compliment their existing offer and service which covers the following: -
- JCTS and various building / commercial agreements
- Arbitration and ADR
- Civil Engineering disputes
- Tribunal cases
- Corporate related Construction matters
The firm benefits heavily from their reputation in Corporate Law creating a healthy flow of cross referral work.
In this role you will be working alongside several leaders in the Construction field giving you access to a high quality level of work coupled with a runway to grow and develop a practice further
Requirements
- You will be a Construction Partner 8+ years PQE
- You will have experience working directly in Construction Law (Contentious OR Non-Contentious)
- You will have the experience to manage team members
