The role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Construction Partner, to join their leading department, based in the West End of London.
Broad Caseload Management: The firm are busy on both the contentious and non-contentious sides, so they are looking for candidates on either side, depending on your strengths the team will be able to fit around you.
The department mainly acts for commercial clients across a wide range of business sectors, but with a particular emphasis on real estate developers, property investment companies, contractors, and major engineering consultancies. They also advise high net worth individuals when undertaking high value residential construction projects.
Strategic Leadership: You will work with the other partners to develop and implement the department's strategic plans and initiatives, contributing to the firm's overarching growth plan. You will work closely with the corporate department.
Client Development and Acquisition: You will lead the way in acquiring and fostering key client relationships, driving the department and firm's success.
Mentorship and Development: Be a mentor and guide to our junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.

Requirements
- You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will be commercially minded and have had experience developing business relationships
- Experience in mentoring and developing more junior colleagues is to advantage but not essential
- Package is competitive and dependent on your background
