The Role:
Opportunity for an ambitious Non-Contentious Construction NQ / Associate to join a leading firm in Birmingham, working on some of the most high-value construction projects available.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-performing Construction team with a stellar reputation in the education, housing, and local authority sectors, complemented by a strong practice advising clients in health, highways, leisure, waste management, and renewable energy.
The firm is at the forefront of long-term outsourcing and partnership arrangements, with extensive experience advising on all PPP models, including the PFI market. They are involved in several major Government construction programmes for new hospitals, social housing, schools, and highways.
They seek an additional NQ - Associate to work on high-value, complex instructions, serving developers, contractors, end-user clients, central and local government, NHS Trusts, and housing associations.
Beyond fee-earning and leading transactions, the ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of deepening existing relationships and diversifying new ones. You'll demonstrate leadership qualities, influence the strategic direction of the practice, and support junior team members in their development.
