They are now seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join their dynamic and growing Construction team.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join a leading team in the City of London.

The role will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
  • Handling client onboarding, attending meetings, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Reviewing client documents, conducting legal research, and advising on construction law matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, collateral warranties, and professional appointments.
  • Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including adjudication, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Engaging in marketing and business development activities to enhance the firm's construction practice.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years PQE.
  • Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and commercial approach.
  • Prior experience in adjudication, arbitration, or high court litigation is advantageous.
