The Role

The firm is looking to hire an NQ-1 years PQE Construction Associate to join this expanding team in Southampton.
You will work closely with specialist Partners on a varied client base. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department, who are rapidly expanding due to ongoing success.
This position has been created through further growth; where you will join a well-established department that deals with high quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes the best-known Developers and well-known household brands, throughout the regions and London. Solicitors will be trained up and once confident, responsible for running their own manageable caseloads with a real focus on quality, where you will be given a high level of autonomy with support and guidance from a team of industry leading Partners.
Whilst this role will mainly be based in Southampton, you will be part of a large construction team across different offices.

Requirements

• You will be a NQ-1 years PQE Construction Associate
• (There is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
