A highly ranked L500 Construction & Engineering team, one of the largest in the UK is well known for their legal expertise, commercial insight, top quality work and high-profile clientele.The team advises across all aspects of construction law with work spanning across a wide range of sectors including infrastructure, energy, utilities, buildings and engineering projects.
This role will focus on Contentious Construction matters, acting for developers, contractors, lenders and public sector bodies. You'll play a central role in client engagement and the continued expansion of the team.
Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, they are seeking to recruit a Contentious Construction Managing Associate to join their team in their welcoming Edinburgh office.
Your Experience
- 5+ PQE in Contentious Construction Associate, ideally with projects or construction-focused practice.
- Demonstrated ability to support complex Construction Litigation matters, working closely with colleagues across various departments.
- A commitment to continuous development and a proactive mindset.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and an interest in contributing to business development activities.
- Supporting the career development of junior team members
