The role:

This Top 50 firm in Manchester is looking to hire a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) into their Contentious Construction team.

You will be working directly alongside a Partner from a International background. You will be working on highly complex disputes ranging across a broad scope of sectors.

Key elements of the role will include:

• Apply excellent legal skills to analyse and solve issues in a pragmatic way
• Advising clients on contractual obligations and disputes
• Experience of large-scale court actions
• Providing pre-dispute advice, assessing the strength of position and undertaking dispute avoidance activity including arbitration, mediation and adjudication
• Advising on project continuity and documenting settlements and agreements

The ideal candidate:

• Construction Senior Associate 5+ PQE with training and experience in a quality practice
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding legal services
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
