This is an opportunity to join a highly-respected multi-service law firm with national reach. Offering HNW/UHNW work, with a strong rooted local client base, this practice are seeking to grow with the addition of a Contentious Probate Solicitor 5+ years PQE.

The Role
This L500 ranked department are seeking to recruit a 5+ years PQE Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team based in Manchester City Centre.

As part of the team, you will working on HNW/UHNW complex disputes arising from the administration of distribution of deceased estates. You will advise executors, beneficiaries, trustees and other parties on wills, probate and Inheritance Act claims.

You will be working alongside several L500 ranked individuals giving you the platform to deal with a excellent quality level of work, and learn from the best in the industry.

Due to the departments heritage across the North-West, you will be dealing with affluent local clients creating a strong sense of client familiarity. You will be providing them with highly valued advice and expertise in a difficult time of their lives.

Requirements

• You will have 5+ years of experience as a Contentious Probate Solicitor
• You will understand the complexities of wills, probate and Inheritance Act claims, and you will have experience advising clients on their options
