From the outset, you'll be trusted with high-value, complex disputes: challenges to wills, Inheritance Act claims, executor and trustee disputes, and negligence claims tied to estate and trust administration. The client base is equally diverse - high-net-worth individuals, business owners, trustees, executors, charities, and a significant number of farming families and landowners - giving you exposure to both sophisticated legal issues and clients who value long-term, trusted advice.
