The Role
This is a prime opportunity for Corporate Associate to join the thriving practice. You'll play a key role in advising on complex, high-stakes issues while contributing to the department's continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a mixed caseload of M&A, Private Equity, Shareholder Agreements and other related Corporate matters. The firm are well known for their big ticket transactions and as such, they house not just the best quality level of work, but also many prominent leaders in the corporate space
- Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts, both with clients and industry groups. This firm deals with a broad range of clients spanning various sectors including retail, leisure, sports and more.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of PQE as a qualified Solicitor
- A proactive approach to developing client relationships and industry networks.
- Excellent organisational skills and a passion for tackling challenging legal work.
