The role

This standout West End, London practice are seeking to hire a new Corporate Commercial Partner.

• The firm are seeking to launch a new corporate department. They currently only do litigation; however, the senior partners believe a corporate department would complement their current offering and client base very well. They feel there would naturally be a great deal of cross pollination between the departments.
• The Partners are keen to ideally find a Corporate Partner that is used to deal with international clients given this is the bread and butter of what they deal with. This isn't necessarily essential though.
• You will be tasked with launching and growing the new department. For this reason it is essential that you are a rain maker who has a passion for business development and marketing.
• You will be well supported by the partners, but you will also have the autonomy to grow and shape the department. You will develop a vision for the department, and formulate a strategy to grow the headcount in time.
• You will be an ambitious individual who enjoys developing new client relationships and expanding work streams with existing clients. You should take a sense of pride in building your personal brand.
• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience).
