Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and corporate restructuring
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs and supplier agreements
• Advise on corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and partnership structures
• Support senior lawyers on larger transactions and high-value matters
• Research and provide guidance on compliance and regulatory issues
• Build lasting relationships with clients through practical, commercial advice

What you'll bring

• Minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
• Strong legal drafting and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused attitude
• Familiarity with legal case management systems and office software
• High professional standards and ethical integrity
