The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Immigration Partner to join the firm in their office based in the heart of London's West End.

Key Highlights:

Growing department: The firm are seeking to establish a new corporate immigration department, this is due to the firms successful corporate commercial and employment teams, there technology clients have a need for this service and as such the firm are seeking to open a new department.

You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals and individuals in the public eye.

Your caseload will include but not be limited to; Global mobility visa, high potential visa, skilled worker visa, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals.

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the partnership to shape and execute strategic plans, contributing to the firm's meteoric rise.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• You will be commercially minded and have displayed entrepreneurial flare in regards to networking and business development
• You should be someone that works well as part of a team
• Experience in mentoring and developing more junior lawyers is to advantage but not essential
• Salary and package are competitive and dependent on your background.
