The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Insolvency Partner for their City of London office.

• You will join a thriving team of 4 in the London office, however you will be part of the wider Litigation team which is sizeable and growing
• You will deal with a high-quality caseload of corporate insolvency matters.
• You will work with the partnership to drive the departments forwards, work on strategy, and will mentor develop and inspire more junior members of the team
• You will advise companies, creditors, directors and other stakeholders on matters related to financial distress, insolvency and restructuring
• You will deal with a wide spectrum of companies across different sectors, which will make for an interesting caseload
• The insolvency team has a friendly, collaborative and supportive working environment, where they work closely with other departments.
• You will have at least 8 years PQE in corporate insolvency (there is no upper limit)
• Salary / package will be competitive and is negotiable depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a market-leading benefits package
