The role

This firm are looking for Corporate Partner to spearhead the growth of their department and team.

This Corporate team is an immediate choice for those seeking City-level work, whilst being able to enjoy a different sort of lifestyle in the North-West.

You'll be working with large corporates, investment portfolios, PE houses, public companies and private organisations with multi-jurisdictional M&A work, group restructurings, strategic growth/buy & build/divestment programmes and joint ventures.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Partner 8+ years PQE
• You will have experience working directly in Corporate Law I.e M&A/PE
• You will have the experience to manage your own cases and have the ambition to manage, grow and build a department further.
