The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside a Partner who boasts a practice from a Top 10 International Law firm.

The Corporate department of this firm underpins the entire practice. Offering advice across complex M&A, Private Equity, Shareholder Agreements and more, this firm have positioned themselves as a market leader against them international competitors. Having grown healthily over several years, they are looking to recruit further.

Many of the team have worked for leading internationals / nationals and have made the move to deal with complex work, but avoid corporate red tape which is often found at the larger firms. This practice offer an entrepreneurial platform to develop and grow a practice.
