They're now looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their Guildford office, someone who thrives on high-quality transactional work and values being part of a close, well-structured team.

You'll take the lead on a broad range of deals, including:

• Private M&A (buy- and sell-side)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general advisory work

You'll collaborate with specialists across tax, finance, employment, and real estate to deliver joined-up, commercial advice to clients ranging from scale-ups to international groups.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
• Confident managing transactions and supporting junior team members
• Pragmatic, client-focused, and collaborative
