The Role

As part of this Legal 500-ranked Corporate team, you'll work on exciting and innovative projects for a diverse range of clients, from FTSE100 companies to emerging start-ups. You will provide expert advice on M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, scale-ups, public listings, funding, and restructuring.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 6 years PQE in Corporate law
• Experience in M&A, private equity, and JV transactions
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
