The Role

The Corporate team has a stellar reputation and continues to go from strength to strength. You'll be joining a busy and collaborative department working on a broad range of high-quality corporate matters, including:

• M&A, disposals, and investments
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
• AIM and capital markets work

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE)
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Confident managing your own matters with appropriate support
