An excellent opportunity for a bright and ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join one of the South East's leading corporate teams, a firm recognised for combining City-quality work with a collaborative, supportive culture and clear career progression.

You'll work on high-quality, mid-market transactions alongside experienced partners and senior associates, gaining exposure to a wide range of corporate matters and clients, from major corporates to fast-growing private companies.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advising on a broad range of transactions:
  Working across M&A, private equity, venture capital, restructurings, and general corporate matters, often with an international element.

• Developing your technical and commercial expertise.

• Taking on increasing responsibility as you build confidence in drafting, negotiation, and client management.

• Collaborating across teams:
  Working closely with colleagues in tax, employment, real estate, and finance to deliver joined-up, high-quality client solutions.

• Supporting client relationships:
  Building trust with clients through clear, practical advice and excellent service delivery.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with around 2+ years' PQE in corporate law

• Solid grounding in transactional work and a desire to broaden your experience

• Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills

• Team-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware

• Keen to learn from senior colleagues and develop long-term client relationships
