The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing bench of fee-earners based in Winchester, Hampshire.
This department deals with a strong quality level of corporate work, ranging from:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements,
• Private Equity
• Joint Ventures
• Partnership agreements

In this role, you will be managing and leading transactions predominately in the mid-market space. You will be working directly alongside partners who will assist you in growing and developing your technical ability.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE
• You will have broad range of corporate experience
• You will be driven to progress
