A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team in Farnborough. This is a key role within a respected department handling high-quality corporate work across a broad range of sectors.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales, restructures, shareholder agreements, and banking and finance transactions. Working closely with experienced partners, you'll have the autonomy to run your own files while contributing to larger, more complex transactions.
There is a strong emphasis on client care and building lasting relationships, along with opportunities to take an active role in business development and the growth of the team.

About You

• Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE
• Proven experience in corporate transactions such as M&A, restructures, or governance work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing client relationships
• A team player who takes a proactive, professional approach
