The Role
You will join a dynamic and highly regarded Court of Protection team, working on a wide range of health and welfare matters. Expect to handle Section 16 and 21A applications, best interests decisions concerning residence, care and treatment, as well as cases involving Deprivation of Liberty.
The work is often complex, occasionally high profile, and always significant to those it affects. You will have opportunities to appear in the Court of Protection, manage your own caseload, and work closely with senior practitioners on more intricate matters. The team prides itself on creating specialists, and you will be supported in developing your advocacy, technical knowledge and profile in this fast growing area.
What They Are Looking For

  A qualified solicitor with 1-5 years of PQE

  Previous experience in Court of Protection or public law is desirable
