This is an opportunity to join a highly-respected multi-service law firm with national reach. Offering you the ability to work closely with a strong rooted local client base, this practice are seeking to grow with the addition of a Court of Protection Solicitor 2+ years PQE.

The Role
This L500 ranked department are seeking to recruit a 2+ years PQE Court of Protection Solicitor to join their team based in Manchester City Centre.

Due to the department's heritage across the North-West, you will have access to a wide range of work which will help you to heavily expand on your experience. This, coupled with the support you will have from the best in the industry, will place you miles ahead of your peers and make this a career defining move for you.

As part of the team, you will be working on complex matters including:

• Deputyship applications
• Safeguarding concerns
• Welfare and financial decisions via the Court

You will be working alongside a team recognised for its quality of work, including a head of department who has decades of experience.

Requirements

• You will have 2+ years of experience as a Court of Protection Solicitor
• You will have experience of drafting applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of deputies for property and affairs; working on statutory will applications and gift applications
• You will be ambitious and looking to join a growing team where you will be supported to achieve your full potential
