The Role:

You will assume a key position within this prestigious, L500 ranked Employment team. Collaborating closely with the department's Legal 500-recognised UK and international partners, who are renowned for their generous mentorship, you will have the opportunity to thrive and progress during this crucial stage of your career.

This role offers exposure to a diverse and high-calibre workload, focusing on contentious and non-contentious matters. The department deals with TUPE's, HR contracts, Tribunals, Discrimination and much more. For associates looking for a broad breadth of work, this is a excellent choice.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor 2-5 PQE with strong experience in Employment Law
• Can manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients
• Is comfortable engaging in business development activity
• Enjoys a team environment and supporting junior colleagues in their development
