The Role:

The firm is seeking a driven and ambitious Associate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Employment Law team based in Reading. The Associate Solicitor will take on a broad and varied caseload, managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Varied and Challenging Caseload: The Associate Solicitor will handle a wide spectrum of employment law issues, from employee disputes to complex business restructures, with the support of a skilled and collaborative team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in Employment Law, with a strong track record of handling a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively within the firm.
