Role
This L500-ranked department is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a dynamic and growing legal team.
This role offers a blend of both contentious and non-contentious employment law work, ideally suited to a candidate with around 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
The role is based in Glasgow and follows a flexible hybrid working model and an occasional need to travel to other offices around the UK to support collaboration and team engagement.
You will advise a diverse client base that includes FTSE 100 companies, financial institutions and other leading UK and international businesses. Key aspects of the role include:
- Providing day-to-day employment and discrimination law advice
- Handling executive exits, industrial relations, and business restructuring
- Supporting employment litigation, business protection, and tribunal cases
- Contributing to corporate transactions and cross-functional projects

Your Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant PQE
- Solid technical grounding in employment law, including drafting and advisory skills
- Commercial, practical approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Collaborative mindset with ambition to progress into more senior roles
- Experience in business immigration and tribunal advocacy (advantageous but not essential)
- Motivated to grow your career in a supportive, ambitious environment
- Excited by high-quality, challenging work with major UK and international clients
- Proactive in business development and client relationship building
- Eager to contribute to internal initiatives and mentor junior team members
