The firm
The firm are seeking to bring an Employment Partner into their City of London office.
- Employment is a core practice area for the firm. They have recently received an influx of new work and the department is very busy. You will join a buoyant department of five that deals with a broad palette of employment work across various industry sectors. The variety of work will make for an interesting role.
- You will deal with both claimant and respondent work, and both contentious and non-contentious.
- You will work with the other partners to drive forward the department, you will work on strategy, delivery and growth of the new division.
- The caseload will include but not be limited to; Employment contracts, workplace disputes, unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, redundancy, employee rights, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and compliance with labour laws.
- You will be at least 7 years PQE + in employment law (there is no upper limit in terms of experience)
- You should be entrepreneurial and be confident in your ability to develop and build new business.
