The Role
This is not a role where you will be waiting years for partnership discussions. From day one, you will step into a leadership position, with the title, responsibility, and platform to grow.
Lead and grow the employment team, spanning contentious and non-contentious work.
Work side by side with the Managing Partner on corporate support instructions, while developing your own client base.
Build relationships with clients that range from SMEs to national companies, giving you a real variety of matters and industries.
Mentor juniors and help build a team culture where career progression is actively supported.
About You
You will either be:
A Senior Associate or Legal Director ready to take that overdue step into partnership; or
An established Partner who wants a fresh start, free from internal politics or bureaucracy.
You will bring broad experience across employment law including contracts, dismissals, discrimination, TUPE, redundancies, and senior executive disputes, together with the confidence to lead conversations with clients. What will set you apart is your ambition and commercial outlook.
