The Opportunity
You will join an established employment practice that advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Typical work includes dismissals, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, restrictive covenants, and board-level disputes. You will act for employers and senior individuals, often on complex and high-value matters.
Rather than leading the department outright, you will be a key figure within the team, bringing your expertise, developing client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the practice.
