With an adept representation on sponsorship of overseas nationals, working with organisations to ensure they can bring in the talent they need to help their business thrive.

As an Employment Partner, you will be joining a highly regarded Employment and Immigration team that's takes a strategic, results driven approach to resolving conflicts. You will play a leading role in guiding clients through domestic and international hiring, severance, acquisitions, talent retention, international transfers and mobility, TUPE and outsourcing, working flexibly, agilely and securely within the global economy.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Employment Partner to join their industry leading and growing team. Working with the firms unparalleled client base, you will be building both the firms and your own representation, driving further success at this powerhouse firm.

You will handle a varied caseload, working with high-profile individuals and organisations. Given the calibre of clients they work with, the role offers excellent quality of work with abundant opportunities to grow, excel and make a real impact.

Becoming a key part of this dynamic team, you will:

  • Working alongside top-tier lawyers. You will oversee and assist with mentoring some of the more junior lawyers in the team.
  • Advise a prestigious client base of domestic and international A-list and household names.
  • Handle high-value Employment matters including TUPE advice, contentious and non-contentious matters and more.
  • Assist with business development, expanding long-standing client relationships, driving new opportunities and enhancing both your professional profile and the team's market impact.

Requirements:

  • 10 + PQE years' experience in Employment law.
  • Extensive expertise across a broad range of Employment matters such as, contract advice, settlement agreements, contract negotiation, contentious matters including tribunals.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers while working collaboratively within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Denotation a strong ability for business development, bringing growth to the department.
