The Role

  • Lead and grow the firm's employment offering, spanning both contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Advise across the full range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, redundancies, contracts, and senior executive disputes.
  • Play a visible role in client relationships, business development, and the long-term direction of the practice.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and help shape a department where progression is actively supported.

About You

  • Senior Associate or Legal Director ready to take the step into partnership, or an established Partner looking for a fresh platform.
  • Broad experience across employment law, with the ability to handle both advisory and disputes work.
  • A track record in building client relationships, or the ambition and confidence to grow your own following.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and commercially minded.
