The Role:

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an Employment Partner (10+ PQE) to join its busy City office.

This is a key leadership opportunity within a highly regarded team advising on a full range of employment matters, including:

• Contracts, policies, and advisory work
• Discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary issues
• TUPE, restructures, and redundancy
• Tribunal and High Court claims

You'll play a strategic role in the development of the department, mentor junior lawyers, and help shape the future of the practice.

This firm have an active, ready-made caseload so a client following is NOT required.

The Candidate:

• UK-qualified Employment Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE
• Either an established Partner or a Senior Associate ready to step up
• Technically strong, commercially minded, and people-focused
