The Role

• Advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including dismissals, discrimination, redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, contracts, and senior executive disputes.
• Act for both employers and employees, providing exposure to a wide client base and variety of matters.
• Play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support the team's continued growth.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical ability across both advisory and disputes work.
• Excellent client-handling skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and ready to step into a senior role with leadership responsibility.
