A highly regarded, market-leading Employment team is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their Manchester office.

The Role

As a Senior Associate in the employment team, you'll step into a high-calibre practice and be trusted with a varied caseload from day one.

• Day-to-day: You will advise clients on the full range of employment law issues, from redundancy and disciplinary matters through to whistleblowing, discrimination, grievance management and employment tribunal claims
• Learning Environment: You will work closely with Partners to develop your strong skills even further, and be encouraged to develop your career through to Partnership over time

What the Team is Looking For

• 5+ years' PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and previous experience managing your own caseload
