Role Overview:
As an Employment Solicitor, your primary responsibilities will include assisting senior associates and partners with ongoing cases while managing your own caseload under supervision. The role will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, offering direct client contact and the opportunity to develop strong relationships. Your work will evolve as you grow in the role, with a focus on your skills, preferences, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
- Assist senior associates and partners with complex cases.
- Engage with clients, providing legal advice and solutions.
- Participate in business development activities, including seminars, training, and content creation.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 0-4 years' PQE, ideally trained in a well-regarded employment team.
- A strong understanding of employment law, with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- A commercial approach to client service and a passion for business development.
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute to the team's success.
