A leading, Legal 500 firm with a modern, forward-thinking culture is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Employment team, based in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and technically strong lawyer looking to work on high-quality respondent-based matters, with a clear path for career progression and involvement in the future growth of the department.

You'll be part of a supportive, collegiate team that genuinely values its people. The firm actively promotes work/life balance and offers hybrid working up to three days from home, as well as the chance to contribute to the wider strategic development of the firm.
The Role:
You'll handle a varied caseload of high-quality employment work, primarily focused on respondent matters for the firm's commercial client base. Matters include:
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Redundancy and restructuring
- Corporate support and TUPE
- Discrimination, bullying and harassment
- Restrictive covenants and contractual disputes
- General advisory and day-to-day HR/employment issues
While immigration experience would be advantageous, it's not essential.
About You:
- 4+ years PQE with solid experience in Employment Law (ideally gained in private practice)
- Strong respondent experience with commercial clients
- Able to run matters independently with minimal supervision
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable
- Commercially minded with a proactive, business development-focused approach
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A team player with a flexible and collaborative attitude
- Ambition to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the department
