A leading, Legal 500 firm with a modern, forward-thinking culture is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Employment team, based in Bromley. You'll be part of a supportive, collegiate team that genuinely values its people. The firm actively promotes work/life balance and offers hybrid working up to three days from home, as well as the chance to contribute to the wider strategic development of the firm.

The Role:

You'll handle a varied caseload of high-quality employment work, primarily focused on respondent matters for the firm's commercial client base. Matters include:

• Unfair and wrongful dismissal
• Redundancy and restructuring
• Corporate support and TUPE
• Discrimination, bullying and harassment
• Restrictive covenants and contractual disputes
• General advisory and day-to-day HR/employment issues

While immigration experience would be advantageous, it's not essential.

About You:

• 4+ years PQE with solid experience in Employment Law (ideally gained in private practice)
• Strong respondent experience with commercial clients
• Able to run matters independently with minimal supervision
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is desirable
• Commercially minded with a proactive, business development-focused approach
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A team player with a flexible and collaborative attitude
• Ambition to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the department
