Employment Solicitor | Cardiff | 3+ PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join one of the UK's most respected employment law teams. The role
You'll handle a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:
Advising on contracts, policies and day-to-day HR issues
Handling complex workplace disputes and tribunal claims
Advising on restrictive covenants, redundancies, restructures, and collective matters
Supporting clients on data protection, outsourcing, and international employment projects
Working with a diverse client base, from major corporates to SMEs and not-for-profit organisations
You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your matters, supported by a highly collaborative team, with opportunities to get involved in thought leadership, client campaigns, and international projects through the firm's global alliances.
About you
3+ PQE with solid grounding in employment law
Strong drafting, analytical and client care skills
A proactive, commercial approach and confidence in advising at all levels
Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset
