The Role:

You'll advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• 
  Redundancy, restructuring and TUPE
• 
  Employment Tribunal litigation
• 
  Drafting policies, service agreements and employment contracts
• 
  Corporate support work
• 
  Discrimination, wrongful and unfair dismissal
• 
  Professional discipline and conduct

You'll also be involved in supporting the firm's wider business development efforts through events, thought leadership and client pitches.

Who We're Looking For:

• 
  Qualified Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE
• 
  A passion for employment law and delivering commercially relevant advice
• 
  Confidence in managing your own caseload (with admin support)
• 
  Interest in business development and long-term career progression
• 
  Strong communication and drafting skills
• 
  Knowledge of the local or regional market is a bonus, but not essential
