They are currently seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a keen interest in Employment and Business Immigration law to join the growing team in Guildford. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside top-ranked legal professionals and to build a rewarding career within one of the UK's most respected employment law practices.

The Role

As part of our Guildford Employment & Immigration Group, you will work across a wide range of matters, including tribunal case management, reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures, advising on settlement agreements, providing corporate support (M&A/TUPE), advising on restructures and redundancies, supporting senior executives, directors, and owners, TUPE-related advisory work, business immigration (including sponsorship licences, visas, and right-to-work compliance), and general employment advisory work. You'll be involved in both respondent/employer and some claimant/individual matters. There is also an opportunity to develop immigration expertise relevant to employment law.

About You

• Recently qualified (NQ) with at least 6 months' experience in employment law (via a training seat or paralegal work)
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
• Confident, client-focused, and able to provide clear, concise legal advice
• Eager to develop professionally and contribute to team success
