A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its top-ranked Employment, Pensions and Immigration team based in Guildford. You'll be part of a collaborative team of over 17 Solicitors advising on complex, high-value matters for household-name clients across a range of industries.

The Role
You'll be joining a busy and expanding team handling a wide variety of matters, including:
- Advising employers on HR issues, employment disputes, and restructures
- Drafting and negotiating employment documentation and settlement agreements
- Providing employment law support on corporate transactions and TUPE
- Representing clients in tribunals and courts
- Advising senior executives on terminations and sensitive employment matters
- Participating in business development and client relationship management
About You
- 4+ years' PQE from a City, national, or leading regional firm
- Strong track record in contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Experience acting for employers and advising senior executives
- Confident in client communication, drafting, and negotiation
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Ideally, exposure to TUPE, immigration, or financial services regulatory issues (desirable)
