Employment Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Cardiff
This is an opportunity to make employment law your own. The Cardiff team is growing, and they're looking for a solicitor who doesn't just want a caseload but wants to shape how employment advice is delivered in a modern, client-focused practice.

You'll work with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and start-ups to larger corporates and senior executives. One day you might be advising on TUPE transfers or collective redundancies, the next you could be supporting on complex tribunal claims or high-stakes boardroom disputes. What you'll be doing
Advising employers and employees on the full spectrum of employment law matters
Handling contentious and non-contentious work, including tribunals, contracts, policies, and strategic advice
Building trusted client relationships through clear, pragmatic guidance
Supporting senior lawyers on significant cases while running your own matters independently
Getting involved in business development and helping to grow the team's profile in Cardiff and beyond
What they're looking for
Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in employment law
Strong technical knowledge across both advisory and contentious matters
Clear communicator who can balance legal expertise with commercial awareness
A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to build relationships
